The staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome from the start. Room had a decent size, and I loved the jacuzzi after a long day.

The hotel offers lovely grounds and amazing staff who truly make a difference. While the facilities like the pool and steam room need some updating, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially the friendly service. The room was a bit dated and could use some improvement.

The stay was decent for our wedding dress shopping trip. While the room was pretty standard, the jacuzzi offered a nice spot to unwind. the key locks were troublesome, failing several times during our stay, which was quite frustrating. Staff were attentive and helpful, making the experience a bit more pleasant despite the room issues.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the absolutely gorgeous afternoon tea experience. The selection of high-quality sandwiches, delightful scones, and a variety of desserts with beautiful presentation easily made it one of the best I've experienced. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during the visit. the changing rooms by the pool could use a little modernization for a more comfortable experience.
