The stay was decent for our wedding dress shopping trip. Gorgeous Afternoon Tea!
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the absolutely gorgeous afternoon tea experience. The selection of high-quality sandwiches, delightful scones, and a variety of desserts with beautiful presentation easily made it one of the best I've experienced. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during the visit. the changing rooms by the pool could use a little modernization for a more comfortable experience.

The location stands out, offering free parking and a pleasant dining room for breakfast, although staff efficiency could be improved. Breakfast included a nice variety of breads, and the shower was notably powerful. the room itself felt quite dated, and the bar prices were unreasonably high for what was offered. I encountered long waits for service during the cream tea, highlighting a need for better staff support, as it seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests during peak times.
